1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AppLock Pro ("the Application"), provided by Apps Haven ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not install or use the Application.

2. License Grant

Upon successful completion of your $9.99 one-time purchase through Google Play, Apps Haven grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AppLock Pro on your compatible Android device strictly for personal, non-commercial security purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Description of Service

AppLock Pro provides users with privacy protection utilities, including:

• Locking applications with PIN, Pattern, Password, Knock Code, and Biometrics.
• Storing private photos, videos, and files in a local encrypted Vault.
• Detecting unauthorized access attempts and capturing local intruder snapshots.
• Decoy launcher icons and disguise utilities.
• A built-in collection of AI-generated wallpaper backgrounds for personalizing the lock screen.

4. Payment, Purchase & Refunds

AppLock Pro is a paid application listed on the Google Play Store at a one-time price of $9.99. Unlike freemium apps, AppLock Pro requires payment before the app can be downloaded and installed — there is no free trial, free tier, or in-app purchase involved. By purchasing the Application, you agree to the following:

• The $9.99 price is a single, one-time payment that grants you lifetime access to the full Application — there are no subscriptions, no recurring fees, and no additional charges for using any current or future feature of the app.
• Payment is processed securely and exclusively through Google Play Billing at the time of purchase, prior to installation. We do not handle, collect, or store your payment card or billing information directly.
• Your purchase entitles you to a personal license to install and use the Application on compatible devices linked to your Google Play account, subject to Google Play's device and account policies.
• If you uninstall the Application, it can be reinstalled at no additional cost on the same Google Play account, since your license is tied to your Google Play purchase history.
• Refund requests are handled solely in accordance with Google Play's official refund policy and must be submitted directly through the Google Play Store.
• We reserve the right to update, add, or improve features over time — including expanding the built-in wallpaper collection — such updates are included at no extra cost as part of your original one-time purchase.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of AppLock Pro, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Credential Management: You are solely responsible for remembering your PIN, Password, Pattern, Knock Code, or Secret Dialer Code. We do not store your credentials on remote servers and cannot remotely recover them for you.
• Vault Content Backup: You are responsible for unhiding/exporting your private vault files before uninstalling the application or factory resetting your device.
• Lawful Use: You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purposes or to unlawfully restrict access to devices you do not own or have authorized permission to manage.

6. Device Administrator & Permissions

Certain advanced features (such as "Prevent Uninstall") require Device Administrator privileges. You may deactivate Device Administrator privileges at any time within AppLock Pro settings or your device's system settings prior to uninstallation.

7. Intellectual Property

All design, source code, visual branding, graphics, icons, and software associated with AppLock Pro are the intellectual property of Apps Haven and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. This includes the built-in AI-generated wallpaper collection bundled with the Application, which is licensed to you solely for personal use as a lock screen background within AppLock Pro. You may not extract, redistribute, resell, or use these wallpaper assets outside the Application, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Application without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AppLock Pro is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While Apps Haven strives to maintain high-standard security algorithms:

• We do not warrant that the Application will be completely error-free or uninterrupted across all device manufacturers, OS modifications, or custom ROMs.
• Manufacturer-specific battery optimization or OS restrictions may require manual permission adjustments as guided inside the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apps Haven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, unauthorized device access, or locked device lockout resulting from lost credentials or forgotten secret codes.

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
